* Gallery-host.net does not accept all the applying websites. All hosted websites have to be of high quality, which includes keeping them up-to-date. Gallery-Host staff accepts English websites or websites with an English version altogether with a foreign one. However, if they run websites with foreign versions only and they are of high quality, Gallery-host.net shall make an exception to the rule, and accept such websites.

* To help pay for the dedicated servers, users are obliged to display Gallery-host.net google adsense code on all your pages, including the gallery and the forum. Gallery-host.net may separately determine the terms other than it is written above.. If you fail to comply within two weeks, your account will be suspended or removed.

* Users may put the “donate” link on their sites, however competitive advertisments are strictly forbidden unless they have been permitted by us.

* Users are not allowed to host any other website on their account without our prior permission.

* No adult, porn, hack, warez websites, spam, proxy sites .

* If you need a break and decide to put your site on hiatus, you will need to leave the site open for people to browse while it is not being updated. Sites that are closed for a hiatus will be deleted after 5 days.

* All sites are automatically backed up weekly, but gallery-host does not guarantee these backups. Site owners are responsible for backing their sites up on a regular basis in case server problems arise.

* If a domain name is purchased for your site, and you chose to close the site or leave, gallery-host has a non-exclusive right to continue to use your content for life. Agreements for the transfer of gallery-host owned domain names will be made on a case by case basis.

* Users are allowed to host audio and videos on condition that they are 100% legal. All media should be zipped.

* Any kind of spamming is forbidden.

* Users are not allowed to display copyrighted materials unless they have rights to do so. If they display copyrighted materials, they do it on their own responsibility.

* Users are obliged to ensure themselves to install the latest scripts and upgrades. It is necessary to help FanFilled to maintain the stability of its all servers and prevent their websites from being hacked.

* Gallery-host encourages users to install Coppermine Photo Gallery, Cutenews, PHP BB, and any other reliable scripts. We do not bear any responsibility for wrong working of such scripts as 4images Gallery Management. It is your duty to stay up-to-date with the scripts.

* Sites must be updated on a regular basis. Any site not updated after a two week time period will be deleted or archived unless an explanation is given. (You will be notified before your site is deleted.) Celebrity sites should be updated at least weekly to keep fans interested.

* Fanfilled must be given a two week advance notice if you plan on moving or closing your site. If you do choose to discontinue running a domain that gallery-host has purchased for you, or that you’ve adopted, we expect a courtesy notice from you at least 2 weeks prior to your last post so that we can find a new webmaster.

* No shortcut re-direct links are allowed.

* If a site is found in violation of any of the above Rules/Guidelines, the account will be immediately terminated without notice or consent. We reserve the right for any reason to edit, move, remove or refuse without notice any contents maintained in a web site directory this includes accounts, files, web pages.

The Gallery-host Network may revise these terms of use by updating this page at any time. You agree that in the event any portion of the terms of service are found to be unenforceable, the remainder of the terms of service and conditions shall remain in full force and effect.
